We supply you the balloons, confetti filled balloons,line, instructions and Balloon Hand Pump. This Balloon Garland when completed is approximately 3.5m in length but please keep in mind lengths can vary depending on the size you inflate your balloons and how close they are pushed together. This balloon garland is using 30cm balloons and bigger to create this effect but you can size them to what you like. We supply you instructions but of course you can be as creative as you like and go out on your own and create your own masterpiece!
