FAQ

  • How long before my Order will be sent?
    We try to have any online Orders ready and dispatched within 5 days of placing the Order (this excludes weekends & public holidays). If we have any problems shipping your Order within this time frame we will contact you and advise an approximate dispatch date. Please always make sure you allow enough time to receive your Order :)
  • How long does it take to receive my Order?
    All our Online Orders are Shipped with Australia Post within Australia, you will receive your Order within 5 - 7 days (excluding weekends & public holidays & seasonal postal delays), Rural / Remote areas may take longer, you can check your postcode against our delivery code of 5152 to get an approximate delivery time frame from Australia Post before placing any online orders. Please always allow enough time for delivery for your Event :)
  • Can I return my Order if I change my mind?
    We are sorry but we do not except returns if you have simply changed your mind. On the rare occasion you have received a Product that is Faulty or Damaged please email us a picture within 7 days of receiving your Order so we can organise a solution for you.
  • Balloon Deliveries for installs of garlands or helium /balloon bouquets?
    We deliver and install balloon decorations within the Adelaide Hills and CBD of Adelaide. If you are looking at us supplying and installing a custom balloon garland or helium balloons, bouquets etc then please do not order anything from our online store, send us an email enquiry so that we can quote for you which will include any delivery/collection costs to the venue or home address of your choice. If you choose one of our DIFM (Do it for me Balloon Garlands) then these will be ready for collection from our Warehouse in Mt Barker for Saturday pickups, if required any other day please do not order online.   • Are balloons biodegradable?
