How long before my Order will be sent?We try to have any online Orders ready and dispatched within 24 hours of placing the Order (this excludes weekends & public holidays). If we have any problems shipping your Order within this time frame we will contact you and advise an approximate dispatch date.

How long does it take to receive my Order?We have changed our Shipping Service and now offer courier deliveries for all our Online Orders within Australia, whilst this costs a little extra it means that you will receive your Order with an estimate of 2 days (excluding weekends & public holidays), Rural / Remote areas may take longer, once your order is packed and ready to be shipped. Please allow enough time for delivery for your Event.

Can I return my Order if I change my mind?We are sorry but we do not except returns if you have simply changed your mind. On the rare occasion you have received a Product that is Faulty or Damaged please email us a picture within 7 days of receiving your Order so we can organise a solution for you.

Balloon Deliveries for installs of garlands or helium /balloons bouquets?We deliver and install balloon decorations within the Adelaide Hills and CBD of Adelaide. If you are looking at us supplying and installing a balloon garland or helium balloons, bouquets etc then please do not order anything from our online store, send us an email enquiry so that we can quote for you which will include any delivery/collection costs to the venue or home address of your choice.
