How long before my Order will be Shipped: Ready to Ship in 1 - 2 Business Days

We will contact you if we have any problems in meeting this Shipping Time Frame for your Order.

 

Please allow sufficient time for postage to make sure you receive your order in time for your function.

 

How do we Ship your Order: All our products are packed in our store in Mt Barker, South Australia.
We send all our orders by Australia Post, please check your Postcode with Australia Post for approximate delivery times. Delivery times can vary from State to State. Standard Delivery with Australia Post can take up to 6 Business Days. You can check with Australia Post for approximate delivery times by entering our Postcode 5251 and then your Postcode.

Some remote areas of Australia may take longer, please check with Australia Post for approximate Delivery times by using our Postcode 5251 and your Postcode for remote deliveries.

We also offer Express Post, please check delivery times with Australia Post before selecting this option. Express Post can take up to 3 days, please check with Australia Post for their approximate Delivery times by using our Postcode 5251 and then your Postcode.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Replacements

Claims for damaged or defective goods or incorrect delivery must be made within three business days of delivery. Where any goods are returned to the manufacturer or supplier they remain at your risk pending acceptance of liability by the manufacturer or supplier. Goods that have been found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge or a credit to your account (if applicable) or refund  including Shipping Costs provided a copy of the relevant invoice / receipt accompanies the returned items.
Without limiting in anyway the application of the preceding paragraph, The Party Company will not replace foil balloons which have been:

  • Overblown (as indicated by tears along the seam area) burned, or have puncture holes, poorly sealed (as evidenced by wrinkles in the neck of a heat-sealed balloon when supplied flat), exposed to moisture of any form, roughly handled, improperly stored, or balloons exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight;

  • Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.
