DIY Kit Contains: This pretty pastel balloon arch kit comes complete with 60 blue, white, yellow and pink balloons in various sizes, and 8 white, pink & yellow crepe tissue paper flowers which require some assembly. Balloons are supplied FLAT and require Air Inflation and assembly. Balloon Pump NOT included.
ORDER INFO: Please Order with a minimum of 7 days so that we can have either the KIT ready to post or the Garland ready for your collection. Preference is to place an Order on a Saturday or Sunday so that you can collect the following Saturday if you are wanting DIFM.
